The Lobby Services Associate is responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by booking reservations, assisting with guest needs, and resolving or escalating any guest concerns or issues. May also be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the guest services operation including luggage transport. All new Lobby Services Associates will need to participate in a two-week orientation, Monday-Friday, 9:00 am- 5:00 p.m.

All candidates must be available to work every Sunday , rotating shifts throughout the week, and rotating holidays.
COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $17.00 to $17.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
