Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee commercial and/or industrial projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and in compliance with codes and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of assigned projects from NTP through closeout
  • Own project forecasting, cost analysis, and margin protection
  • Manage budgets, buyouts, and cost tracking (CTC/CAC)
  • Build and maintain project schedules and manpower forecasts
  • Lead recovery plans when needed
  • Manage change orders (pricing, submission, tracking)
  • Enforce safety plans and lead jobsite safety efforts
  • Conduct weekly jobsite audits and ensure corrective actions
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop field leaders and team members
  • Support business development through client relationships
  • Lead weekly control meetings and participate in operational reviews
  • 3+ years of project management experience (construction or electrical)
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows and jobsite operations
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans
  • Experience managing schedules, budgets, and crews
  • Proficiency with project management software
  • Preferred
  • Electrical background or licensed electrician experience
  • PMP or construction-related certifications
  • Experience in commercial or industrial projects
