Our client is hiring a Project Manager for its Itasca, IL office to help bring custom packaging and branded product solutions to life. In this role, you’ll support projects through the full lifecycle — from initial concept through production and final delivery — while partnering closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.

This is a highly visible, relationship-driven opportunity with regular interaction across internal teams, clients, and suppliers. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys balancing multiple priorities, solving problems, and keeping projects organized and on track in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• You will learn the internal ordering platform and requirements for order entry and need a thorough understanding of multiple manufacturing processes.
• You will be responsible for data analysis and reporting for your team.
• You will interact daily with both clients and manufacturing partners/suppliers building these relationships for long term business.
• You will identify areas of improvement within processes and procedures.
• You will have an opportunity to drive best practice though feedback to partners and clients and receive feedback as well.
• You will have oversight on daily requests from Sales manager, Office manager and Clients and independence, organization, detail orientation and motivation are paramount.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Highly preferred background in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or Supply Chain.
• Strong excel skills required. Experience using project management software preferred.
