Job Description

Our client, a leading Manufacturing warehouse, is seeking Access Control Specialists to join their team. As an Access Control Specialist, you will be part of the security operations supporting a safe and secure environment. The ideal candidate will have skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Access Control / Security Associate

Location:  Jacksonville, FL 32221

Pay Range: $16.50/hr

Shift: M-F 8 AM- 5 PM

What's the Job

• Enforce facility access policies, including visitor control and phone/email screening.
• Respond to and manage incidents, including medical emergencies and fire alarms.
• Audit patrols and checkpoint logs to ensure compliance and consistency.

What's Needed?

• Valid Florida Class D Security License (Required upon conversion).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of experience in security
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
• Strong verbal/written communication and leadership skills.
• Schedule flexibility to support gaps in shift coverage
