THE ROLE

The Studio Manager is responsible for delivering an exceptional, hospitality-driven patient experience while leading the day-to-day operations of the studio. This role combines front-of-house service excellence with hands-on team leadership and operational management. You'll ensure every patient interaction reflects Nuey's brand standards and that the studio runs efficiently, professionally, and profitably.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Experience & Hospitality

  • Create a warm, welcoming, high-touch environment for every patient from arrival through follow-up
  • Greet patients, manage check-in and check-out, and ensure a seamless visit experience
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule consultations and follow-up appointments
  • Resolve patient concerns with professionalism, urgency, and empathy
  • Uphold Nuey's hospitality standards and ensure the studio consistently delivers a premium experience

Team Leadership & Studio Operations

  • Manage daily studio operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Supervise onsite staff and ensure strong teamwork, accountability, and morale
  • Schedule team hours and coordinate staffing to support business needs
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor studio performance and support initiatives to improve productivity and patient satisfaction

Local Growth & Community Engagement

  • Generate local grassroots demand through community outreach, partnerships, and events
  • Build relationships with nearby businesses, fitness studios, salons, and community groups
  • Support execution of local marketing initiatives and in-studio promotions
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Nuey in the local market

Inventory & Administrative Management

  • Track inventory levels and order supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and daily logs
  • Support financial controls, including proper handling of payments and documentation
  • Coordinate with the corporate team on operational, staffing, and supply needs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong hospitality mindset with a passion for customer experience
  • Prior experience in retail, hospitality, healthcare, medspa, or clinic management preferred
  • Proven ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day operations
  • Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with scheduling, POS, or clinic management platforms (e.g., Zenoti) a plus
