The Role and Team

As our Senior Corporate Communications Manager, you will be the architect of our global narrative, both internally and externally. This is a high-visibility, strategic role designed for a "full-stack" communicator who thrives on building brand equity from the ground up.
We are looking for a proactive strategist who can weave internal culture, executive thought leadership, and aggressive media outreach into a singular, powerhouse brand presence. You will bridge the gap between our internal mission and our external reputation, ensuring Medallia is the first name mentioned in conversations about AI-centric experience management that drives business outcomes.

Medallia is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $142,000 - $200,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US.
