RPA Developer
Location: Hybrid
Duration: 12 months, annual extensions.
Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of RPA tools and frameworks, as well as the ability to analyze processes for automation potential. Work involves project planning and coordination; analyzing user requirements, procedures and problems to automate processing or to improve existing systems; systems integration; and giving technical assistance to programming personnel. Works under limited to minimal supervision of the Build Team Leader and Software Engineering Manager, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
• Design and Develop RPA Solutions: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and create RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to determine automation feasibility and develop comprehensive documentation.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of RPA workflows to ensure optimal performance and compliance with specifications.
• Deployment and Maintenance: Manage the deployment of RPA solutions, including monitoring and maintaining existing automations to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical support during the RPA development lifecycle.
