Remote Benefits Specialist (Entry-Level Work From Home)

The Weatherspoon Agency is currently hiring entry-level Benefits Specialists to support members of unions and affiliated organizations who have requested information about their life insurance benefits.

This is a structured, remote position focused on education, customer service, and compliance not cold calling or door-to-door sales.

What You'll Do

• Speak with individuals who have requested information about their benefits
• Provide clear explanations of life insurance options
• Assist with enrollment and policy setup
• Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations
• Follow established systems and remote workflows

Georgia Temporary License Program (Earn-As-You-Learn Path)

Georgia offers a Temporary Life Insurance License that allows qualified applicants to begin working while completing licensing requirements.

Minimum Requirements for the Georgia Temporary License:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must pass a background check
• Must be sponsored by an approved agency

We assist eligible candidates through:

• Guidance on completing the required steps of the state
• Sponsorship for temporary licensing (when applicable)
• Mentorship while you prepare for your full Producer License exam

This creates an "earn as you learn" pathway toward obtaining your permanent Life Insurance Producer License.
