Real Estate Attorney

Established (50+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Real Estate Attorney in Philadelphia, PA

 

An established firm based in Philadelphia with over 50 years in practice is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with real estate transactions, financing, leasing, and development matters , ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.

Salary range: $150,000-$200,000+, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
A Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
An active Pennsylvania Bar admission in good standing
Three or more years of real estate experience within a law firm environment
Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, commercial leases, and related real estate instruments
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast paced environment
Experience advising clients on real estate development, land use, and financing issues

 

Responsibilities:
Draft and negotiate commercial real estate transaction documents
Manage acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development matters
Conduct due diligence including title and survey review
Advise clients on real estate structuring, zoning, land use, and regulatory issues
Collaborate with partners and clients to develop strategic solutions aligned with business objectives
Coordinate with lenders, developers, investors, and third parties to facilitate transactions
Handle closings and oversee all aspects of transactional execution
