We're looking for a part-time Office Assistant to own the physical experience of our San Francisco office at 417 Montgomery St. This is a fully on-site role remote work is not available for this position. This isn't reactive maintenance it's about building a proactive system that ensures our space runs smoothly and efficiently, so the team can focus on what matters most.
This is an entry-level role, ideal for a college student or anyone seeking flexible part-time morning hours (~10 hrs/week, 3 days/week preferred). No prior office experience required.
Office Environment: Keep common areas clean, organized, and welcoming. Manage incoming packages and deliveries. Identify and flag maintenance needs before they become issues.
Kitchen & Coffee Station: Own the kitchen end-to-end inventory, restocking, appliance maintenance, and daily organization. Keep the coffee station fully operational at all times.
Supply Management: Conduct regular inventory walkthroughs. Submit restock requests proactively, well before items run out.
Errands Run occasional off-site errands as needed mail, packages, and local pickups.
Reliable and consistent the team depends on you showing up
Detail-oriented and proactive: you notice what needs attention and act without being asked
Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
Warm and at ease in a busy, collaborative office environment
Basic computer proficiency
High school diploma or equivalent required; currently enrolled in college preferred
Able to work at our San Francisco office at 417 Montgomery St.
