RWJBarnabas Health , New Jersey’s largest integrated healthcare system, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologist to join the growing team at Community Medical Center (CMC) in Toms River, NJ . This full-time role offers the opportunity to practice high-quality, compassionate neonatal care within a collaborative, community-based hospital setting.
In addition to providing direct clinical care, the Neonatologist will serve as a mentor and role model for advanced practice providers, neonatal fellows and other members of the healthcare team. Opportunities to participate in departmental research and educational initiatives are available. Cross-coverage at the Level IV NICU at Bristol-Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital (BMSCH) at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick will be required based on divisional needs.
The physician will report to the Medical Director of Neonatology at CMC and the Chief Division of Neonatology at Bristol-Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital, and the Vice President of Operations for the RWJBarnabas Health Medical Group.

The anticipated salary range for this position if hired to work is $225,000 to $350,000 per year.
The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s educational background, skills, and professional experience.
