Roles & Responsibilities

• Performing routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting.
• Maintaining accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards.
• Working effectively in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives.
• Making effective decisions relative to position requirements.
• Following instructions and working within routine, standard practices, making decisions as required.
• Working under direct supervision and following standard operating procedures.

Experience Required

• One to two years of experience.
• Developing skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area/process/method.
• Applying basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps.

Skills & Certifications

• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
• Ability to work well with other employees.
• Ability to operate in a metrics-driven environment.
• Good prioritization skills.
• General computer skills.
• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack (if required).

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must follow instructions and work within routine, standard practices, making decisions as required.
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.
• Must be able to get along with people and work in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
