Litigation Attorney

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys to join our growing legal team. You will work with a dedicated group of litigators and staff to manage an active docket of wage and hour cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage a docket of litigation matters from start to finish
• Take and defend depositions
• Conduct written and oral discovery
• Attend hearings, mediations, and other court proceedings
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
• Develop and execute litigation strategies for both individual and large-scale matters

Requirements

• At least 5 years of litigation experience(Wage and Hour not needed, Plaintiff exp a plus)
• Experience taking depositions, conducting discovery, and attending hearings
• Strong research, writing, and courtroom skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and a high-volume caseload
• Wage and hour or employment litigation experience is helpful but not required

Location

• Houston office preferred
• Remote considered for highly qualified candidates
