Overview Title: Junior Project Manager Location: Newport News, Virginia, United States (Hybrid) Rockwoods is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support high-priority corporate projects under the guidance of the PMO. This role focuses on executing project protocols, maintaining rigorous organization, and assisting senior leadership in ensuring project objectives align with corporate goals through consistent status reporting and methodology adherence. Responsibilities Support the definition of project scopes, roadmaps, and performance metrics. Assist in identifying staffing needs and maintaining departmental agreements for resource availability. Monitor and report corporate risks while assisting in the development of mitigation solutions. Execute stakeholder communication strategies to ensure organizational alignment. Apply Agile methodologies and PMO protocols across project lifecycles. Integrate compliance, cybersecurity, and legal standards into project execution. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to drive project milestones. Requirements Bachelor A0 s degree in project management or a related business field. 5+ years of professional experience coordinating projects in a corporate setting.
