This position is a straight commission, independent rep - 1099 status. This role is for someone that is looking to be their own boss. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within assigned healthcare regions. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with infection control, sterile processing, supply chain, materials managers, GPO's, & IDN's. Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations tailored to healthcare providers’ needs, emphasizing the benefits of our solutions. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including negotiation of terms and upselling additional products or services. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage pipeline activities, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Lead territory management efforts by analyzing sales performance metrics and adjusting plans to optimize coverage and results. Qualifications Proven experience in outside medical sales. Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer‑focused approach to foster long‑term relationships. Experience selling in infection control, sterile processing, supply chain management, materials managers, GPO's, IDN's, & C suites. #J-18808-Ljbffr
