Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training)

About the Role

We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to bring their clinical and data expertise to AI - helping evaluate, improve, and validate how AI systems understand healthcare information.

Your domain knowledge will directly shape how the next generation of AI handles EHR data, clinical workflows, and health system logic. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of healthcare and AI - no prior AI experience required.

What You'll Do
  • Analyze and evaluate AI-generated healthcare content, including EHR data interpretations, clinical summaries, and health system outputs
  • Identify inaccuracies, gaps in clinical reasoning, or misrepresentations of health information workflows
  • Provide structured, expert feedback on the quality and accuracy of AI responses in health informatics contexts
  • Apply your knowledge of data pipelines, reporting tools, and clinical systems to assess AI performance
  • Help ensure AI outputs align with real-world healthcare standards and best practices
  • Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
  • Experienced with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
  • Strong analytical skills - comfortable with data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting
  • Able to evaluate complex health information outputs clearly and systematically
  • Skilled at communicating findings in writing with precision and clarity
  • Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, asynchronous environment
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation workflows
  • Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or interoperability standards
  • Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or population health analytics
  • Experience collaborating across clinical, technical, and operational teams
