Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training)

We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems being developed for healthcare applications. Your deep knowledge of EHR systems, clinical workflows, and healthcare data will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about one of the world's most critical domains.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to healthcare data, clinical workflows, and EHR systems for accuracy and quality
• Review AI responses involving health information systems, data pipelines, and clinical decision-making for correctness and clinical relevance
• Identify errors, gaps, or unsafe reasoning in AI-generated healthcare content and provide structured, expert feedback
• Apply your knowledge of EHR platforms, reporting tools, and operational health data to benchmark AI performance
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments that fit your schedule

Who You Are

• Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
• Strong analytical skills including data interpretation, trend analysis, and reporting
• Familiarity with health information standards and clinical or administrative workflows
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly in writing
• Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to quality evaluation

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows
• Background in health IT, clinical informatics, or population health analytics
• Familiarity with platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or similar EHR systems
• Experience collaborating across clinical, technical, and operational teams
