We are seeking a Clinical Chiropractic Assistant (we will assist in getting your certification which will be required) who is eager to learn, grow, and become a key part of our expanding organization.

What Youll Do

As a vital member of our clinical team, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating patient care: managing schedules, care plans, and paperwork
• Checking patients in and out with exceptional hospitality
• Ensuring smooth patient routing and doctor flow
• Handling phone calls with confidence and warmth
• Supporting doctors with various therapies and clinic processes
• Helping maintain an efficient, upbeat clinical environment

You must be comfortable being on your feet and actively engaged throughout your shift our office moves with purpose!

Requirements

• Experience with EMR/EHR systems
• Medical office or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Bonus points for:

• Marketing or social media experience
• Fluency in another language, including ASL
• Prior exposure to chiropractic or wellness environments
