Position Overview DACUT is seeking an Entry Level HR Assistant / Recruiting Assistant to support our Talent Acquisition Manager with recruiting coordination, onboarding, and HR administrative tasks. A large portion of this role involves high‑volume phone outreach to job applicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting with hiring for our retail locations. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day and enjoys interacting with candidates. This role is ideal for candidates with entry level HR experience, recruiting assistant experience, HR internship experience, or administrative/customer service backgrounds who want to build a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.
