Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Sales Representative to support both inside and outside sales efforts . This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in sales while gaining hands-on experience in customer service, business development, and field sales.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in the office handling calls and follow-ups, as well as going out into the field to meet clients, generate new business, and maintain relationships.
Key Responsibilities Inside Sales DutiesHandle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Follow up on leads, quotes, and existing accounts
Maintain and update customer records
Provide product/service information and support
Assist with order processing and coordination
Generate new business through cold calling, site visits, and networking
Visit job sites and client locations to promote services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct in-person presentations and service introductions
Identify new opportunities within the construction and safety industry
Assist with basic marketing and outreach efforts
Support overall sales team goals and company growth
Represent the company professionally in both office and field settings
Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
Entry-level – no prior experience required (training provided)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with both office work and fieldwork
Self-motivated, outgoing, and goal-oriented
Reliable transportation (preferred for client visits)
Basic computer skills
$12.00 – $16.00 per hour (based on experience)
