Leading a multidisciplinary team, the full-time salaried Director of Information Security will own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for information security and IT operations, focusing on product security, cloud security, and governance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and evolve the multi-year security and technology strategy, aligning it with business goals and communicating investments to leadership Lead, mentor, and grow a team of security and technology operations professionals, setting priorities and fostering an environment of autonomy Oversee all key areas of information security, including product and application security, cloud security, and governance, risk, and compliance functions Required qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in security with direct people management experience Proven track record of building or significantly scaling an information security program Hands-on experience in product and application security, cloud security (AWS preferred), and security operations Fluency with security and risk frameworks such as NIST CSF 2.0 and experience leading internal and external assessments Experience supporting a remote-first workforce and managing endpoint technology operations
