Are you a people-person who enjoys helping others and solving problems? We are seeking to hire a Remote Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our valued subscribers as soon as possible. This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where your communication skills and attention to detail will shine

What Youll Do:
Assist customers with subscriptions, renewals, billing, and delivery concerns
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Deliver excellent service that reflects our commitment to quality journalism
What Were Looking For:

12 years of customer service experience (call center or media experience a plus)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage high volumes of calls/emails with professionalism
Comfortable using computers, email systems, and customer databases
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
Work From Home Requirements:

Reliable high-speed internet
Quiet, professional workspace
Ability to work 8AM - 12PM daily and Sundays
