We are seeking a dedicated call center representative to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the largest hospitals in Florida, Orlando Health. This will be at the new Lake Mary medical call center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and provide excellent service.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Utilize computer systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure understanding of their needs
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Skills:
- Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable using computerized systems for data entry and information retrieval
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Experience in a medical office or knowledge of medical terminology is desirable
- Bilingual proficiency is a bonus
