RevolutionParts is seeking a Creative Director to lead and elevate our brand and marketing creative across the Internet & E-commerce automotive parts space. As the senior creative leader within our Marketing, Sales & Advertising organization, you will own the overall creative vision and ensure it translates into high-performing assets and campaigns that drive measurable growth for our eCommerce platform. You will develop and maintain a compelling, differentiated brand narrative that resonates with automotive dealerships, OEMs, and parts sellers, ensuring our visual identity, messaging, and storytelling are consistent and impactful across web, email, paid media, marketplaces, events, and sales enablement. Partnering closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Revenue, and Product teams, you will turn data-driven insights and customer research into bold concepts, campaigns, and experiments that improve acquisition, engagement, and conversion throughout the funnel. You will build, mentor, and manage a small in-house creative team and external agency or freelance partners, setting high standards for design, copy, motion, and UX while fostering a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning. This role will own the end-to-end creative process—from briefing and ideation through execution, QA, and performance review—using analytics and testing frameworks to refine and optimize creative over time. You will guide the creative direction for web experiences, landing pages, email templates, digital ads, video, content marketing, and sales collateral, ensuring they are user-centric, on-brand, and aligned with our positioning in the automotive eCommerce ecosystem. As a key contributor to our growth-focused and customer-obsessed culture, you will be expected to challenge assumptions, champion innovative ideas, and advocate for high-quality creative that clearly communicates value and drives tangible business outcomes. You will work directly with leadership to support company-level initiatives, product launches, and go-to-market motions, presenting creative strategies and rationale with clarity and confidence.
