Collaborate with the safety manager on access plans. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Demonstrate leadership and a willingness to train co-workers. Ensure jobsite cleanliness and proper tool maintenance. Comply with company policies, including reliable transportation, punctuality, dress code, and respectful communication. Maintain accurate daily time tracking and reports. Other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Lift and carry items weighing approximately 50 pounds. Operate power tools overhead and in various positions. Climb and work from ladders, scaffolds (swing stages), and boom lifts at heights. Work while wearing a respirator and fall protection harness.
