Job Description

SuperCleanGuys is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning Technician to join our team in Rosemont. The ideal candidate will have experience in professional carpet and upholstery cleaning and be committed to providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide carpet and upholstery cleaning services to residential and commercial clients.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, carpet extractors, and upholstery cleaning machines.
• Apply cleaning agents to carpets and upholstery according to manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Ensure the proper treatment of carpets and upholstery to remove stains, dirt, and allergens.
• Inspect carpets and upholstery for damage before and after cleaning.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
• Complete job documentation, including before and after photos, and service reports.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment and supplies.
• Continuously learn about new cleaning techniques and products.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in carpet and upholstery cleaning is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning agents and proper cleaning techniques.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work on feet for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
