Schedule: Field-Based | Full-Time (Afternoon & Evening Hours)
Compensation: Hourly Base + Tiered Performance Bonus
Expected Earnings: $40,000 $105,000+ annually (based on performance)

What Youll Do

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods and generate homeowner interest door-to-door
• Introduce Bartlett Roofing and build quick rapport with homeowners
• Identify potential roofing needs and educate on inspection opportunities
• Set qualified appointments for the sales teams
• Accurately log all activity and appointments in company CRM tools
• Represent the brand professionally in the field at all times
• Work independently while maintaining strong communication with your team

Compensation

Base Hourly Wage: $16$19/hr

• Entry-level: $16/hr
• Experienced canvassers: $18$19/hr

Tiered Sit Bonus (Only Performance Incentive):

• $30 / $40 / $50 per completed sit

Prior Experience

• Door-to-door sales (solar, pest control, alarms, roofing)
• SDR / BDR / inside or outside sales
• Retail, customer service, hospitality
• Construction, project management, or trades
• Real estate, mortgage, or insurance
