Overview Role: Business Analyst with IHC (Intermediate Holding Company) Location: San Ramon, CA Duration: 12 Months (Banking and finance recent experience is a must) Responsibilities The position is a senior position and is contract-to-hire. The rate is negotiable based upon the candidate but would be in-line with the other team members. This BA will be part of an expanding team and will be assigned to various projects within the BIDM Project Portfolio. 5 or more years of direct experience is required. Strong banking/financial service system analysis experience. Direct experience with analysis of financial data such as loans, leases, credit cards, etc. is required. Strong data warehouse experience required (direct experience working on DW projects). Strong SQL skills preferred (for data analysis and data profiling). Knowledge or experience with BI is a big plus. Strong experience creating detailed, clear and concise Business Requirements including use-cases or stories, traceability matrices, diagrams, and mock file/report samples. Ability to meet deadlines, produce timely artifacts and analysis feedback, and be proactive in obtaining the information they need to complete their work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications 5+ years of direct experience in business analysis, preferably in banking/financial services.
