Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School in Dunedin is seeking a full-time bookkeeper for the 2026 - 2027 school year.
The Bookkeeper supports the mission of the school by ensuring accurate, transparent, and timely management of the school's financial operations. This position requires a commitment to Catholic values, professional integrity, and a spirit of service to students, families, and staff. Reporting directly to the principal and working in close collaboration with the Parish Business Manager, the Bookkeeper is responsible for tuition and scholarship processing, receivables, financial reporting, and compliance with diocesan and state requirements. The role also includes clerical and administrative support in the school office, contributing to the smooth operation of daily school life.
