Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk
Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Salary Range: $41,600 - $52,000 annually

We are a growing and collaborative organization seeking an organized and detaildriven Accounts Receivable Clerk. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys maintaining accurate financial records, communicating with customers, and supporting a fastpaced accounting department.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer payments, apply cash receipts, and maintain accurate AR records.
• Generate invoices, send monthly statements, and ensure timely billing.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies in coordination with internal teams and customers.
• Assist with monthend closing activities and financial reporting.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and followthrough.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, etc.).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work in a deadlinedriven environment.
